The Robo vac 30c adds to eupbs lineage of popular affordable robotic vacuums released in the fall of 2018 the 30 CSU fees top-of-the-line Robo vac selling for two hundred and ninety nine dollars and offering smart features powerful suction and up to 100 minutes of cleaning let’s take a closer look be sure to subscribe and hit that Bell icon for notifications when we post a new video hi this is Jordan with nine-to-five toys euphy has had a lot of success in the robotic vacuum market with models like the $179 Amazon choice Robo vac 11s with over 2500 reviews and a 4.5 star rating the Robo vac 30 seat continues that tradition Packaging is simple contents include everything needed and a few accessories select cable ties and 3m adhesive strips for the boundary strips the design of the Robo vac 30c is very simple clean lines and a high gloss top the gloss looks good but can be a little frustrating if you’re trying to take smudge free video of the vacuum underneath it is easy to locate clean and replace any necessary cleaning components the included QuickStart guide shows a simple process to get the Robo vac up and running make sure the power button on the bottom of the vac is turned on and connect to it via the euphy home app UV suggests making sure it is fully charged before operation once charged there are multiple ways to start cleaning push the power button on the Robo vac and use the included remote by pressing the play or Start button pushing the same button on the UV home app or by setting it up with Alexa or Google assistant and asking it to clean.

I was able to quickly add the Alexa skill and login to my UV account once set up simply ask Alexa to ask the Robo vac to start cleaning stop cleaning or go to it’s charging home the included remote is easy to navigate with a nice holster on the base on the back of the remote is a nice key to what each button does once in operation the Robo vac will maneuver around your space cleaning along its way its sensors and bumpers keep it from getting stuck most of the time the only issue mine had so far was with the kids toy that had some weird geometry if you feel like it’s stuck in a certain room or area it’s easy to pick up the Robo vac or use the remote or app to point it in a different direction if it repeatedly has issue with a certain area or you want to keep it away from pet food or cables the included boundary strips are easy to cut and install with the included 3m adhesive strips the Robo vac 30 C’s low profile and a fit under my furniture easily it was able to get under our couch which we definitely can’t reach every time we sweep the volume wasn’t an issue either operating on max power is noticeably louder than the standard but is still easy to ignore overall I was impressed by the cleaning power we have a lot of carpet on her first floor and I was skeptical how well it would clean we also have a very beautiful but very furry orange cat whose favorite activity is to leave clumps of fur around the house for us to find the Robo vac 30c did a much better job of picking up his fur than I expected upon opening the collection bin for the first time I was pleasantly surprised and also disgusted with what it had picked up from the corners that we often miss after a few cleaning sessions it seemed to be missing some crumbs so I flipped it over and noticed that the rolling brush was being constricted by hair wrapped around it the roller is easy to remove and clean using the included cleaning tool once I cleaned it the Robo vac was back in action the Robo vac 30c has three different power options standard boost IQ which automatically switches to a higher power when it thinks it needs it and maximum power I usually kept it on maximum because we have a lot of carpet it does a good job of cleaning up after messy toddlers as well removing and emptying the collection bin is simple if the filter is dirty use the included cleaning tool to brush off the filter when the bin is open the filter is easy to replace which euphy recommends doing every two months on standard power I found a real-world runtime of 90 to 95 minutes and on max power it was much lower at 45 to 50 minutes at least half of those runtimes were on carpet competition in the robotic vacuum market keeps growing with similar offerings from iRobot and eco vac but dual sweeper brushes three suction power modes and an up to 100 minute clean time make the euphy Robo vac 30 C worth a close look overall I was very impressed with the capability of the euphy Robo vac 30 C it was able to clean up after our cat as long as you make sure to clean the collection bed often had ample battery life and the smart features of it make it very convenient it was easy to set up a schedule and control it from my phone when necessary for $299 gets you fees top of the line but a good deal when compared to offerings from other companies like iRobot.
